👻 Template 1 – The Special Offer 💝

Subject: Perfect timing, [First Name]

Body:
Hi [First Name],
Just reaching out again - it’s been a little while since we last spoke.
We’re launching a new initiative for a handful of selected partners, and I immediately thought of you based on our previous chat.
There’s a special offer available until the end of the month - could be the perfect time to get started under the best conditions.
Would you like more details?

Best,
[Your Name]
P.S. If you’ve chosen a different direction, no problem at all - just let me know and I’ll update my notes.

👻 Template 2 – Quick Yes/No 👍🏻👎🏻

Subject: Still on your radar, [First Name]?

Body:
Hi [First Name],
Quick check-in! We recently saw great results with a client in a similar situation to [Company Name]. They just achieved [Metric/Result], and based on our conversation, I think we could go even further together.
I completely understand if now’s not the right time, so I’ll keep it simple:
👉 Are you still looking to move the needle on [Goal/KPI] at [Company Name] this month?
A quick "yes" or "not right now" is totally fine — I’ll adjust accordingly.

Best,
[Your Name]

👻 Template 3 – Classy Urgency 🥂

Subject: Ready when you are, [First Name]

Body:
Hi [First Name],
Since we last spoke, we’re fully ready to support you.
Similar companies to [Company Name] have seen [X% increase / +[Number] leads].
The process is smooth and doesn’t require much from your team.
If it’s just a timing thing, I completely get it - but if you’re still interested, now’s a great time: the [offer/bonus] is still available for a few more days.
Should we reconnect?

Best,
[Your Name]

👻 Template 4 – The Graceful Exit 🤵🏻♂️

Subject: Should we reconnect later?

Body:
Hi [First Name],
I know priorities can shift quickly. If this is no longer relevant, no worries at all - I always appreciate a quick heads-up :)
Would you like to revisit this later or press pause for now?

All the best,
[Your Name]

👻 Template 5 – The Soft Deadline ⏳

Subject: Wrapping up my follow-ups

Body:
Hi [First Name],
I’m finalizing my follow-ups this week and wanted to check:
Is [Project Name / Solution] still on your radar at [Company Name]?
Even a “not right now” helps me know whether to keep this open or not.

Talk soon,
[Your Name]

👻 Template 6 – The Context Memo 📎

Subject: Any updates on [Project / Topic]?

Body:
Hi [First Name],
We spoke a little while ago about [Project/Topic], and you seemed interested.
Haven’t heard back since - just wondering if it’s still in the pipeline, on hold, or no longer relevant?
Totally fine either way, just drop me a quick note.

Best,
[Your Name]

👻 Template 7 – The Silence Breaker 💌

Subject: Still on your mind?

Body:
Hi [First Name],
It seems like [Project / Solution] might no longer be a priority - and that’s totally okay if that’s the case.
I just want to avoid sending unnecessary follow-ups.
A quick “no” or “maybe later” is all I need. What would you prefer?

Thanks,
[Your Name]

👻 Template 8 (Bonus) – The Checkbox ✅

Subject: Quick check-in

Body:
Hi [First Name],
Just checking in! Let me know where things stand:
☐ Still interested, just swamped
☐ Not the right time, let’s revisit later
☐ Not relevant anymore
☐ Oops, missed your message

A quick reply will help me know whether to follow up - or not 😉
Talk soon,
[Your Name]

⭐ 2 Bonus Tricks for the SuperGhosts

1. WhatsApp Comeback Sequence

When a lead stops replying after a good call, this 2-step WhatsApp approach often reopens the conversation:

Message 1 – Friendly follow-up
"Hi [First Name], it’s [Your Name] from [Company Name]. Just wanted to check in : are you still interested in improving [main goal] or exploring [solution]?"

Message 2 – A human nudge
A few days later, if no response:
"Hey, everything alright? Just hadn’t heard back from you."
Simple, human, and it works.

2. The Mystery Call

If someone ghosts you after a promising call, try calling from a different number. It often bypasses filters and increases your chances of getting through.
Once they answer, just be honest:
"Hey, it’s [Your Name]. I wasn’t sure if you saw my messages - is this a better time to talk?"

💡 A Few Extra Tips (a.k.a. Growth Hacks)

- Write the subject line in lowercase (even the first letter) for a more human tone (works great).

- Add personal context if you have any (e.g., “I remember you had just joined the company” or “Good luck on that marathon!”). It helps them place you - and boosts reply rates.

- Build connection if it fits your audience - use emojis, jokes, etc. There's nothing worse than a generic sales email.
