You are responsible for complying with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) when contacting leads generated by Gojiberry.ai.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of lead data or AI-generated insights. You are solely responsible for verifying and acting upon such data.
You are the data controller of any personal data you process through our Services. We act as a data processor in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or abusive purpose;
- Violate the rights of any third party (e.g., through spam, scraping, or unauthorized access);
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform or attempt to circumvent its limitations;

9. Third-Party Platforms

Gojiberry.ai no será responsable de ninguna restricción, suspensión o cancelación de sus cuentas en plataformas de terceros, ni de ningún cambio realizado por dichas plataformas que pueda afectar al funcionamiento de nuestros Servicios;
Las integraciones con plataformas de terceros podrán ser modificadas, suspendidas o interrumpidas en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
Hasta el máximo permitido por la ley, Gojiberry.ai no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente, incluyendo pero no limitado a la pérdida de beneficios, pérdida de datos o interrupción del negocio, que surja de su uso de los Servicios.
Gojiberry.ai no será responsable de ninguna acción adversa, suspensión o limitación impuesta por plataformas de terceros como resultado de su uso de nuestros Servicios.
11. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Francia, y cualquier disputa estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de París.
