General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose

2. Acceptance of Terms
These T&Cs apply to all sales of products or services made on the Site. The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of the order.The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted these T&Cs before placing their order. Order validation therefore implies acceptance of the T&Cs.

4. Terms of Use
4.1 Restrictions of Use
Users agree not to: Use the Site or its services for unlawful purposes; Attempt to disrupt, damage, or access data illegally; Reverse engineer or copy the platform’s functionalities.
4.2 Account Suspension & Termination
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms without notice.
4.3 Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for: Any temporary unavailability of the Site; Any direct or indirect damages caused by service interruption; Loss of revenue due to technical failures.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer expressly waives their right of withdrawal once the digital service has been accessed or executed.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted in the following cases: Service not delivered due to a technical fault ; Unintentional duplicate billing. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests should be submitted to hello@gojiberry.ai
14. Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
