12 best AiSDR alternatives in 2026
Romร n
AiSDR does one thing whole: you hand outbound to an agent and it runs. That suits some teams and it doesn't suit others. Cheaper cold email, better data, more channels, or a rep who stays in the loop are all reasons to shop around.
Below are twelve tools, with what each costs and who it fits. Every price came off the vendor's own pricing page this month.

Your list is the problem
You already have a way to send. What you don't have is a reason to believe the people receiving it care this week. That's the part we built: intent signals first, messages second.

An autonomous agent fits you
With nobody writing outbound today, a full agent like 11x or Agent Frank buys you the most time. Come to us instead if you'd rather fix who gets contacted before you automate the contacting.
๐จ
Your result
Buy sending, not an agent
Deliverability and cost are your constraints, so Instantly or Smartlead will serve you better than any AI SDR. Come to us instead when the sending works and the replies still don't.
Table of contents
Which AiSDR alternative is right for you?
Four picks before the long list, by where outbound hurts.
Gojiberry
Best when the problem is who you contact, not how fast. Flat rate per account.
Apollo.io
Best when you want a database and sequencing on one bill, with a rep driving.
Instantly
Best when the job is email volume at the lowest monthly cost.
Reply.io
Best when email, calls and social share one cadence, with a human approving.
Why look for an AiSDR alternative?
Most teams leave for one of five reasons, price being the loudest. The quieter one is data: median job tenure in the US runs 3.9 years, with 22% of workers in post under a year, so a chunk of any list you inherited already points at people who've moved on.
- ๐Price: Solo opens at $250 a month and Explore at $900, both on quarterly contracts paid up front.
- ๐จMessage control: Playbooks come pre-built, and you can't write custom signal logic or branch a sequence.
- ๐Contact volume: Plans meter AI-researched contacts, 200 a month on Solo.
- ๐Channels: Calling leans on an Aircall integration, and CRM support stops at two platforms.
- ๐งฉStack shape: Some teams would rather buy data, sending and signals apart, and swap a piece when one stops earning its keep.
Our guide to B2B sales automation covers where each layer sits in the stack.
The best AiSDR alternatives
These twelve don't do the same job. Three are agents running outbound end to end, seven are platforms where a rep drives, one is a set of parts you wire together. The first starts earlier, by deciding who's worth a message. The order runs from closest swaps to cheapest pieces.
How we built this list. Every price was read off the vendor's own pricing page in September 2026. We ignored the figures circulating in comparison posts, several of which describe a model that doesn't exist any more, and where a vendor gates its numbers we say so.
What you won't find is a scorecard of reply rates. We haven't run one campaign on one list through all twelve, and a made-up percentage would be worth less than this sentence admitting it. We pay for every plan ourselves, no vendor read this first, and Gojiberry is our product, which is why it's first and why we say where it loses.
1. Gojiberry
Gojiberry watches for the moment a company starts looking, then reaches the people inside it. It tracks 30+ buying-intent signals across socials and the web, scores them against your ICP, and runs the outreach. You're buying the list; sending is what happens next.
- ๐Intent signals: Job changes, funding, hiring pushes, competitor engagement.
- ๐ICP scoring: Every prospect gets graded before a message leaves.
- ๐ฅWaterfall enrichment: 15+ providers queue up to fill in contact details.
- ๐คCopilot mode: Approve each message, or let the agent send.

Pro is $99 a month for the account, not per seat, with two agents and up to 1,800 prospects contacted. There's a free start.
We won't pretend to be the hands-off agent AiSDR sells. We make sure the 400 people you contact are worth contacting: GTE Localize booked 100+ meetings that way, and you can read how.
2. 11x (Alice)
11x runs Alice, an agent that researches accounts, writes the touches, sends them, and handles what comes back. Outbound happens without anyone opening a sequence builder.
- ๐คAutonomous rep: Research through reply handling, inside one agent.
- ๐Julian: A separate voice agent for inbound calls, priced on top.
- ๐Enterprise posture: SOC 2 and GDPR, the paperwork procurement asks for.

Growth starts at $3,750 a month on annual billing. Pro and Enterprise aren't published, they're quoted.
It removes more manual work than anything here, and it's a first-year commitment costing what a junior rep does.
3. Artisan (Ava)
Artisan bundles a 300M+ database with Ava, an agent that builds sequences and runs them. Autopilot sends alone, copilot waits for approval.
- ๐Built-in database: 300M+ contacts, with no separate data subscription.
- ๐Two modes: Autopilot sends, copilot holds each draft.
- ๐จMultichannel touches: Email and social steps in one sequence.

The Employee package lists around $600 a month billed annually, and you won't see volume pricing without a call.
One vendor instead of three. Then you notice the annual term, and that what's published is a floor.
4. Salesforge (Agent Frank)
Agent Frank pulls prospects from a 500M+ index, writes in your tone, sends and follows up. It works in 20+ languages, which counts once your market stops being English-only.
- ๐20+ languages: Written natively rather than translated afterward.
- ๐งAuto or co-pilot: Frank sends alone, or queues drafts for you.
- ๐คEmail-first: Sending infrastructure sold alongside, from $33 a month.

Frank starts at $599 a month billed quarterly for 1,000 active contacts, and you'll get two months free annually.
No buying signals sit underneath, so Frank writes beautifully to whoever you've pointed him at. Plenty of teams take that trade.
5. Reply.io (Jason AI)
Reply.io has run sequences since 2014, with Jason AI added on top. Email, calls, SMS and social share one cadence, and a rep signs off.
- ๐ One cadence: Four channels in a single sequence builder.
- ๐ฌJason AI: Drafts the messages and handles inbound replies.
- ๐CRM sync: Two-way with the platforms small teams run.

Email Volume opens at $49 per user a month, Multichannel at $89, plus channel add-ons. Jason AI's separate, from $500.
Human oversight is where it wins. Per-seat arithmetic is where it loses.
6. Regie.ai
Regie.ai stacks AI agents on a 220M+ database, with sequencing, intent prioritization and a dialer. It's aimed at sales floors rather than founders.
- ๐Intent prioritization: Signals order the day's call list.
- ๐งParallel dialer: An add-on, priced per user on top.
- ๐ง Agent modes: AI drafts, a human approves, or nobody does.

AI SEP lists at $180 per user a month with a ten-seat minimum, so the real floor's $1,800 a month.
The seat minimum decides this one. Below ten reps with nobody owning ops, the contract costs more than the pipeline it'd find you.
7. Amplemarket
Amplemarket puts contact data, buying signals and sequencing behind one login, with an AI copilot reviewing campaigns. Teams that move here retire three or four subscriptions.
- ๐งชDuo copilot: Reads campaigns and suggests the next change.
- ๐ขNative signals: Hiring, job changes and intent, no second vendor.
- ๐Data quality: 200M+ contacts refreshed on a weekly cycle.

Startup is $600 a month for two seats, annual billing only. Growth and Elite aren't published at all.
Nothing here folds more tools into one contract, and nothing here asks a two-person team for a bigger bet before they've tested it.
8. Apollo.io
Apollo is the first subscription many small teams buy: database, sequences, dialer and CRM sync in one workspace. A rep drives all of it.
- ๐Free plan: Enough to test the database before paying.
- ๐ฐCredit system: An email costs one credit, a phone number eight.
- ๐งฐOne workspace: Find, sequence, dial and log in one tab.

Basic runs $49 per seat on annual billing, Professional $79, Organization $119 with three seats minimum. Pay monthly and you'll add 20%.
It's the cheapest route to data and sending on one subscription, if somebody has the hours to work it.
9. Instantly
Instantly exists to get cold email delivered at volume. Unlimited sending accounts and warmup come with every plan, so the bill tracks sends rather than headcount.
- ๐งUnlimited mailboxes: No per-inbox charge at any tier.
- ๐ฅWarmup included: Built in rather than sold as an extra.
- ๐งฎModular pricing: Leads and the CRM are separate subscriptions.

Growth is $47 a month for 5,000 sends, Hypergrowth $97, Light Speed $358. The lead database isn't bundled, it's billed apart.
Nothing here moves more email for less money. Then you add credits and the CRM module, and $47 lands nearer $125.
10. Clay
Clay is a table where each column calls a data provider or an AI agent. 150+ sources sit behind it, and nothing sends until you attach a sender.
- ๐ฌWaterfall enrichment: Providers queried in order until one answers.
- ๐งตCustom workflows: Most things you can describe, you can build.
- ๐งญLearning curve: Real, and the people who enjoy it sit in RevOps.

Launch is $185 a month with 2,500 data credits and Growth is $495. New customers can't buy the old tiers.
Ceiling is the highest here. Floor is a person who wants to build.
11. Smartlead
Smartlead sells deliverability: unlimited mailboxes, warmup, inbox rotation and a master inbox, pointed at agencies and high-volume senders.
- ๐ฌMaster inbox: Every reply from every mailbox in one view.
- ๐Inbox rotation: Sending spread across accounts without you touching it.
- ๐White label: Client workspaces at $29 each, from Pro upward.

Base is $39 a month for 2,000 leads and 6,000 sends, Pro $94, Unlimited Smart $174, Prime $379. You aren't charged per inbox.
Nothing here protects a sending reputation better, and nothing here cares less whether the list deserved the send.
12. Snov.io
Snov.io folds an email finder, verifier, drip campaigns and a light CRM into one cheap subscription. Seats are unlimited on every paid plan.
- ๐ฅFinder and verifier: Sourcing and cleaning draw on one credit pool.
- ๐ฅUnlimited seats: A five-person team pays what one person pays.
- ๐Credit rollover: Unused credits carry while the subscription runs.

Starter is $39 a month for 1,000 credits and Pro starts at $99 for 5,000. Social automation isn't included, at $69 per slot.
Price is the whole argument. A three-person team gets a full outbound loop for less than one Apollo seat, and depth is what they pay for it.
How these AiSDR alternatives compare
Monthly starting prices, taken from each vendor directly in September 2026. Seat minimums and annual-only terms are flagged where they move the floor.
Which AiSDR alternative should you choose?
For warm, high-intent leads, it's us. Claiming otherwise would be odd, since finding them is why Gojiberry exists. Wispra now sources 60% of its weekly demos from intent signals, which you can see broken down here.
For a fully autonomous rep, 11x if the budget and security review are there, Artisan if you'd rather one vendor carried the data. On budget, Instantly wins on the sticker and Snov.io once you count seats. For all-in-one prospecting, Apollo, whose free plan lets you find out before committing.
For multichannel with oversight, Reply.io. For personalization, Clay, if somebody enjoys building. For deliverability at volume, Smartlead. For a bigger SDR floor, Regie.ai past ten seats.
Want better leads before you start sending?
Gojiberry surfaces prospects who are in-market this week and enriches them before they reach your sequences.
Get warm leads โHow to choose an AiSDR alternative
Four questions settle most of it, and the last decides less than people expect.
- ๐Execution or control: An agent sends without asking, and you lose most of your say over what lands.
- ๐ฆData you already own: A CRM full of stale records won't be fixed by more sending capacity.
- ๐Channels that count: Email-only stacks stay cheap, and every multichannel plan here charges extra.
- ๐ฐBudget shape: Flat per-account and per-seat pricing diverge sharply past three people.
Your stack, ICP and volume matter more than any feature table. Volume without targeting is also the shortest path to Google's 0.3% spam complaint threshold, which bulk senders have had to stay under since February 2024. Our walkthrough on automating sales prospecting orders those decisions.

Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest AiSDR alternative in 2026?
Smartlead's Base plan and Snov.io's Starter both open at $39 a month, and Instantly's Growth at $47. None of the three includes an agent. Gojiberry's Pro plan is $99 for the whole account, with nothing charged per seat.
What is the best AiSDR alternative for small teams?
A team of two to ten wants flat pricing and no seat minimums, which points at Gojiberry, Instantly, Smartlead and Snov.io. Regie.ai's ten-seat minimum and Amplemarket's annual-only contract rule both out at that size.
Can an AiSDR alternative replace human SDRs?
Not the whole job. Agents handle research, first touches and follow-ups well, and they're weak on objections. Teams that get value from them move reps toward closing rather than cutting heads.
What is the best AiSDR alternative for cold email?
Instantly or Smartlead, and it's close. Smartlead's rotation and master inbox are more mature, Instantly is cheaper at entry. Both make you bring a list, and B2B contact data decays around 2.1% a month.
What is the best AiSDR alternative for multichannel outreach?
Reply.io if you want a rep approving each step, Gojiberry if you'd rather the agent coordinate email and social itself. Reply's add-ons push the real per-seat cost near $187, so run that against your headcount.
Is there a free AiSDR alternative?
Apollo, Clay and Snov.io all run free tiers, and each one's a demo rather than a working plan. Gojiberry starts free without a card, AiSDR has no trial at all. Our roundup of email outreach automation tools covers each tier.
