How Gojiberry works

Gojiberry helps B2B sales teams identify high-intent leads by analysing publicly available professional data, including publicly available professional information such as job titles, company information, and business contact details."

While most of this data is public and business-related, we recognize that under laws like the GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California), it qualifies as personal information, and you have rights over it.

We do not view our enrichment process as "selling" data in the traditional sense. However, US state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly, and this process may qualify under those definitions.

Your rights

If you're in the United States (California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws), you have the right to:

- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information

- Request deletion of your personal information

- Request access to the personal information we hold about you

- Correct inaccurate information

- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, under the GDPR you have the right to:

- Access your personal data

- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")

- Correct inaccurate data

- Object to processing based on legitimate interest

- Restrict or port your data

- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

I confirm that the information above is accurate and that I am the person identified (or an authorized agent acting on their behalf).
