You are responsible for complying with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) when contacting leads generated by Gojiberry.ai.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of lead data or AI-generated insights. You are solely responsible for verifying and acting upon such data.
You are the data controller of any personal data you process through our Services. We act as a data processor in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or abusive purpose;
- Violate the rights of any third party (e.g., through spam, scraping, or unauthorized access);

Gojiberry.ai ne peut être tenu responsable de toute restriction, suspension ou résiliation de vos comptes sur des plateformes tierces, ou de toute modification apportée par ces plateformes qui pourrait affecter le fonctionnement de nos Services ;

Les intégrations avec des plateformes tierces peuvent être modifiées, suspendues ou interrompues à tout moment, sans préavis.


10. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans les limites autorisées par la loi, Gojiberry.ai ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux ou consécutifs, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la perte de profits, la perte de données ou l'interruption d'activité, résultant de votre utilisation des Services.

Gojiberry.ai ne sera pas responsable de toute action négative, suspension ou limitation imposée par des plates-formes tierces à la suite de votre utilisation de nos Services.


11. Droit applicable et juridiction

Les présentes Conditions sont régies par les lois françaises, et tout litige sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de Paris.
